Traveling can mean one thing for people and that is jet lag. Anyone who does a lot of traveling is going to be tired especially anyone that travels for sports or to do a certain type of performance. · It is best for someone to have their bedtime schedules fixed so that they prevent the problems of getting jetlag. Because of this, the body will be able to deal with the different time changes.

· Eat and sleep to the current time patterns of the new place and not how they would normally go about it at home.

· For the athletes and business people it is best to travel ahead of time in order to get to their events. This will give them more time to adjust to the time change and get the rest that they need.

In order for jet lag to not be a problem for you, it is going to be up to you and how you adjust your life to it. You wan to make sure that you can enjoy the new scenery and figure out a plan of action for what you want to do.
