Speed Article Writing - From Blank Screen To An Article In 15 Minutes
It is possible to produce a good quality article in 15 minutes if you have the right article structure in place. Think of it as a template that you can use repeatedly. This article will take you through the process to write your article in 15 minutes.
Don’t get me wrong. This template is not a full article that you can use by substituting a few keywords and sentences, mix the paragraphs around to produce a “new” article. The final product is going to be a unique article that you write from scratch. The template is just the skeleton of the article with no content whatsoever.
That means, you can use it for any topic you want and still express your creativity fully.
The first step to write an article is picking an idea. If you don’t have an idea journal to help you, pick the most common or disturbing problems your target audience has. The next step is to write the title. If you can’t write strong title, keep it simple. Use title that starts with “How to…,” for example.
Such title is usually simple to write yet powerful enough to grab attention. Note that you don’t have to write a perfect title first. The title serves nothing but as a reminder of the topic. It helps you focus. You can always edit later as you see fit.
The easiest article to write is tips or step-by-step type article. Write down the 5-7 tips or steps about this topic first. When you’re done, explain each of the points. Two to five sentences are more than enough for short articles. This should be easy because you don’t have to elaborate a lot information.
Finally, add introductory paragraph and a closing sentence or two to summarize. For resource box, you can take an existing one, if it’s relevant, or write one from scratch. An easy way is to invite the readers to come to your site for more information about the topic.
I use this method regularly and every time I finish the article in 13-20 minutes without fail, unless of course I need to include research data in the article.
