During the MWC 2008 conference held in Barcelona, the Sony Ericsson has announced 3 new classes for its products: camera-oriented mobile phones will now belong to the “C” class; “X” comes for the “ultimate user experience” and the “G” - the series of the phones that we are going to discuss here. The G-series are popularized as the easy-to-use mobile phones, for an average customer, but yet with sufficient organizer options. These are merchandised for the choice to draw some thing in the note and then send it to the other person - for instance the St. Valentine’s card to any of your beloved, or the reminder memos that one would generally put on his refrigerator. But overall, these devices must be accepted as the mobile phones intended for a normal user and the smart phone OS has been only integrated here, so as to control the touch-screen (SE already has some experience in this field) as well as to manage its extended organizer options.

Nokia N78 will look similar to N83 at a momentary look though one can find differences as far as textures and positioning of keys are concerned. N78 combines the best features of designs of many phones of the N series. N78 has the black finish of N81 and patterned black look of N82. A choice of three colors is available on N78 with speakers placed opposite to each other on phone’s casing. Though approximately the display of N78 looks like N82, the brightness of N78 ensures better visibility of images in a different environment.

The rumour mill is buzzing with the talk of two new Nokia mobiles phones, the Nokia’s E66 an E71. Although the manufacturer Nokia have not announced them officially yet there is quite a bit of information known about both of them, and it is expected that Nokia will be releasing an official statement very soon.

Firstly the Nokia E66, this will be a slider mobile phone with a decent 3.2 megapixel camera and a large TFT screen. It will also have a secondary videocall camera as it is 3G - meaning you will get access to a faster mobile internet and downloads.

It’s well known that Motorola have been struggling for a while. They haven’t released many new handsets recently and everything they do release seems to look the same as mobile phones that they have previously released. For example the recently released U9 looks very simpler to the PEBL. It’s therefore exciting to see that Motorola have revealed a brand new handset named the A810.

The A810 is a touch screen smart phone aimed at the European and Asian markets. The details released so far are a little rough so apologies for the not so accurate details! It measures approximately 100 x 50 x 13mm and it looks like it has a 2.2″ QVGA display screen. This is around the same size as the HTC Touch but with a smaller, narrower screen.
