I wanted to share some bodybuilding female tips. This is such a male dominated sport, that there really isn’t any information out there designed specifically for the female body. I’ve been doing this for almost 10 years and I’ve really learned a lot in that time. I’ll share the things that I learned that really helped transform my body.
How much sleep are you getting?
Would you believe me that sleep would have such a profound effect on your results? It’s true though. Sleep is probably the easiest thing for you to do as a bodybuilder, but you never ever put the effort into it. If you’re continuously getting 9hrs of sleep a night, your results will be at a peak.
