Getting over a break up, hmmm. More than likely, the break up and everything that comes along with it (all the drama) were not expected. And I know, that first moment, when you first hear it.., can be pretty tough. Even Devastating. You probably feel pretty powerless. That’s okay. What do you expect? You just had the rug pulled out from under you. Believe it or not, getting over a break up starts right here. Yeah, there is the initial shock of it all. But, it’s on!

It sucks getting over a break, there’s no doubt about it. Am I right? Thought so. You might be a little dazed and confused, but that should end fairly quickly. This is a good time to just chill. That’s right guys, you need a little time to chill, too. That macho bull-crap don’t wash here. I’ve seen the biggest, baddest dudes reduced to, beyond tears, at the mention of there ex–just because it was a little too soon. Look, even guys today, want to improve themselves and this is a perfect time to take a good hard look at yourself.., and maybe make a few changes. Besides, sucking beyond belief, like I mentioned earlier, getting over a break up gives us guys the opportunity to move up the evolutionary scale, so to speak. C’mon, we all know most women bury themselves in this “crap” and come out the better for it. They let themselves go through it… They don’t shove it under a pizza box and a six-pack!

Have you noticed you can’t turn around today, without hearing about the new self-help book, of the moment. It’s usually the number 1 best seller, once it comes out. So, with all the self-improving going on all around us, getting over a break up is the perfect time to jump on that bandwagon. Take a good look at yourself — Take a look at yourself — Go, Now–and take a good look at yourself! Look, I know how easy it can be to cruise past this thing, really. I’ve done it more times than I care to admit. You know go out and do something stupid, the same night you got dumped, just because your to much of a man to try and understand it. Well, hopefully you’ve moved past that and are ready to grow a little. It’s about time ain’t it? Everybody else seems to be…
